Shaggy since you guys are really capturing the likeness of side mechanics what about that

grappling hook thrower every one has the disc that its mounted to  and those are very accurate

but that piece that opens like on hot toys I really have not seen anyone do that screen accurate.

Guess its ok to let out my secret. Nitro, I have plans to build exactly that. I plan on taking it as far as having it all spring loaded, so it drops down the cap, pops out, and spreads, just as you see in the movie. I'm also toying with the idea of working the resistance of the springs, and cap to make it collapse back into its canister, so one can operate the grappling hook right from the seat of their car! Imagine sitting inside, canopy closed, you flick a switch, the grappling hook pops out at the ready, and with a flick of the switch, it retracts back in! How wicked cool would that be!?!?!

Hope that makes someone as happy as it does me to have a detail like that on the 89!

How about the '89 gas pedal? Would anyone be interested in that rare detail?

FINE! YOU BE THAT WAY!!! Seriously though, good job Nitro.

Is anyone else interested in having a pedal made for the '89? (the pedal can be seen in the famous Descent Into Mystery scene)
