Seriously? It went live yesterday? Isn't that interesting that it already has 90,234 views.... WOW . Also I noticed that you can just sit there and reload the page and just run that counter up. The front page I coded for them had a unique counter so it did not count returning ISPs. Either they are running off my previously earned count or they just listed it to start at that number. lol
Forum has NO MEMBERS..... No Members after over 90K views?
Thanks for that info. WOW I had not checked their site in a couple Months, really had 0 interest till they put more than a single page up, but the day after they post an incomplete very very basic site I get the intuition to go see? The Gods are favoring me. I could have only hoped for a site like this to have appeared.... I could have never imagined that after 2 years and more this is what he would create. maybe he actually had to pay for some Web Work? I am sooooo Pleased. They evidently plan on using a Pinterist Photo Gallery... Isn't that what Teenage Girls Use....? And now that it is Live and captured he can't undo it. AGAIN I can't stress enough that I hope whomever is doing this work gets all payment up front.... I wish no Designer the pain and suffering I have been put through. Get paid before you do the work.... PLEASE!!!!!
Thanks Jimmy!

I'm sure counters can be set to start at certain arbitrary number.
I'm not seeing batmobile images or words anywhere. Are they finally out of the batmobile spam and harrass?

As far as I know, his law suit from DC Comics is still pending per his appeal to the Supreme Court of appeals. They have placed holders on the cars page where 2 other cars could eventually go and be linked from. I would think this is where they will put the 89 Batmobile replica and 66 Batmobile replicas if and when he wins his case.

If he wins his appeal they simply go back to Court and continue to trial and the penalties to him will likely be far greater if indeed DC Comics wins it's case. If he loses the suit from DC Comics then likely all non lisensed commercial star Car replica builders are on the road to being quickly out of business. He might likely from all indications effect all independent unlicensed businesses for replica star cars by not settling this case early on. If he loses, this case will be land marked as precedence for other actions by other Trademark owners of other Star Car Trademarks like the Musters Koach, Herbie. Black Beauty, Scooby Doo... Starsky and Hutch A-Team, etc.

DC Comics won without even going to trial against him on nearly every count just from the things he admitted to doing so the odds that he could possibly win once trial recommences and knowing some of the evidence DC Comics has against him that has not been published I would prepare to shut down if I was a private unlicensed builder of Batmobile Replicas for commercial resale. As I understand it some already have.

It is likely he will destroy the entire unlicensed replica industry by his acts in his case but that remains to be seen.
The Fact that no Batmobiles nor DC related items are present is indicating clearly that he has little confidence that he will prevail. If he was sure he would prevail he would go forward with all the cars he had before and continue selling the Batmobile Replicas. It's likely that damages the Judge would access could also be severe if he loses the case past the current Judgement that is now in appeal if he continues to build and sell the Batmobile Replicas while it is in appeal.

I can't comment on harassment or other issues that you asked about other than to say when or if he loses to DC Comics that type of behavior would be very foolish because it would flag him for further prosecution by DC Comics. I do think he would have to go hidden and secret to sell the Batmobile Replicas. One prospect that could be a very real reality for him shortly is that he will not be able to sell any Star Car publicly he has not gotten proper licensing for just like anyone else after final judgement and past appeals won't be able to if the DC Comics ruling is set into the permanent record of established law. He would still have an appeal after a trial but that would be again even more expensive. As you move up the Court pyramid it gets more and more costly. Some people feel he is heroic to stand against DC but the reality is, if he loses it will likely all be lost for everyone because he didn't take a deal and forgo judgement. Some people don't think that far and realize that his stand could likely shut everyone down. Even if he wins, DC could come back again later and again and again against other builders I would think. Bob Butts went through this many years ago and here it is again so even if he wins there is no guarantee this issue is forever resolved.

Likely if he loses this case he will be a prime target for other civil actions from the creator/owners of other Trademark Owned cars that he has built. He is in a very bad situation on all fronts. If he has any hidden Wealth like trust funds or other sources I am sure DC Comics likely has investigators locating it. If he loses this case he will be an easy target for any star car replica he has been building for the past many years without paying for rights to the Trademark owners except maybe the Mach 5 which he has claimed all along to have rights to.

Yes you can indeed set a counter at any number you want when putting up a web site. You can also set the number to jump with every page load which is different than how I was instructed to code it. The site I built only registered one count per computer visiting. It did not count returning visitors. This one when I looked counted every visit even a person sitting there over and over reloading the page can just run up the visit count.

When I viewed the site in Explorer without my adblock software Pop Up ads "Spam" were appearing which is something he did not want before. He was very clear he wanted no spammy ads popping up on the site.

The current site has some real issues and mistakes which I am not going to point out till trial because I don't wish to help these guys in any way. He's only showing two Star Cars of any notoriety and as of yet no galleries so his stable has been diminished severely. The Batmobile replicas were his main focus and money maker I would think. It's still unknown why he chose to do what he's done to me. None of it makes any sense. He has less web presence and lost a tremendous amount of finished work I created and gotten himself into yet another Law Suit costing him money, One with me that I am going to FIGHT like Hell to the finish line and WIN. None of what's happened to me makes any sense, except for the possibility that he thought surely I would tuck tail and run allowing him to make off with my work and car. He should have just paid me what I was owed. As I said before I am just so Happy that He has gone public with this site. It's everything I needed and more than I hoped for for many reasons.

Every day I wake up grateful I am no longer working with these guys nor trapped helping them. That in itself feels like a Blessing from God. To me it's like candy every day with sprinkles. I only hope any future Designers will get their payment up front and not agree to any deals or promises like I unfortunately did. I'm not aware of Brin ever getting his car and I still don't have mine even though I did all I was supposed to and more for than 5 years.

I am looking forward to fully telling my story loudly to protect people in the future from what I have and am being put through

Case Update, It appears the Supreme Court of Appeals has ruled my case has to be taken to California for rules ascertained to Jurisdiction. This is disappointing but as my referral attorney told me originally I would be better served taking actions against him in California, so I have been preparing and will take the fight to California.

I am preparing my filings to make a Counter Claim against Mark Towle in California.
I have all the evidence needed to vanquish his claims against me so no matter. A few trips to Cali will have to happen. I am preparing my Counter Claim and will proceed with fervor and full knowing good Karma and the evidence is on my side.

With Jurisdiction decided, now it will be put to who has the ammo, and I have plenty. Anyone that wishes to testify in California to assist my case please contact me.

Mark Towle's forum seems to have 3 members now one of which is Mark Towle, the Other surely must be Kory Geick and the third is most likely the Web Designer?

If anyone gets word of the outcome of His Appeal with DC Comics.... Please contact me.

Thanks Guys...

Batmobile

Holy copyright fight, Batman! The studio's DC Comics heads for an appeals-court showdown over knockoff cars.

Yes I saw this, we are all waiting on a verdict in the DC vs Towle Case..... Most are not having any hope for the Appeal to be won, but we will wait and see.
