Cool can't wait, Ive got it pictured in my head of what your going to do,,

So from what I understand you not changing the donor car too much just slicing the shell and spreading it over the body of the car with working doors and wind screen.

so are you cutting the hood into 3 sections keep the middle as best you can and move the sides out?

No. Essentially I am cutting it into quarters, then sculpting/adapting the gaps

Was found on Fleabay UK. Face only no cowl or eyes, but seems a good likeness

Bat-Vader, check out WWW.jesterfx.com it will link you to the guys Facebook page. He makes the different batman armor and he also makes the Keaton face that you can put in the mask when you are not wearing it. I'm planning on getting him to make me the Batman Returns armor when I can save up the extra money.
