Very nice turbine guys, Dan I am glad Doug has a better deck lid but I am sure he does not push it

on people because he would like to be able to tell his body's from everyone else's.

This week I finished the exhaust tips as well as the front turbine. Paint job and ready to go!

Unfortunately wayneindustries does not reply my messages, I would like his speaker, gun and bat disc panels so bad ...

Turbine looks great! Question...could u pm me the source for your exhaust tips? I was thinking about fabricating some on my own, but those look too tempting to pass up!

I built them myself, thank you for the compliment. The ones I have seen here looked a bit too small when I compared them with the original pics. They were quite some work to make.

Currently I am making rear view mirrors that look like batwings.

Thanks guys. Actually I am currently working on the side mechanics.

Last week I found an interesting dash panel for my bat:

This panel gets quite close to the original. Seller ships it tomorrow, I cant wait to install it.

I dont think that it will light up, maybe. The gauges I bought from VDO in Germany. They also have white needles. Problem is, that I wanted a speedo in KPH not MPH, so shopping in the U.S. was not a solution for me.

Attached are some pics of my KITT + A-Team Van. I hope you like them:

GTAKnight (1/24/2013)
Today was the great day: I got the 40 ft container with all the important 89 + 66 batmobile content from the U.S.
I was very nervous over the last months since I ordered already in 2011, but many parts had to get together in order to ship them to save charges. The kitsare fromDoug Hines. I got 66 specific parts from Mark Racop and 89 parts from Don Currie . Despite all the info I got in here I decided to order speakers for salefrom him. I am very satisfied. Quality is great!

I am very surprised on the high quality of these parts! Thank you Mark, Don and especially Doug for making this all possible!! Thanks for your patience!

Some pics from today:

Really very nice work. You guys are doing awesome work in such tough winters

Guys It looks like your paying close attention to detail and accuracy, So with that it mind I would ask Doug to send you a new rear deck lid I cannot believe you have to ask for the more accurate deck lid just to feed the sellers of these kits ego .All he is doing is
making it easier to tell his kit from all others. I am sure it was not cheap for buyer or seller to get this to you guys but still you should have had the choice.
Its the same way as the guys building these cars and turning the front turbine so it is upside down so they can tell their cars from other builders. You paid for an accurate kit and if he has another deck lid that is more accurate you should have been entitled to that. Its like cutting a hood within a hood on these 89's why in the hell would you do it it clear to see where the hood should open.

Just my opinion your doing such a good job I would like to see your car mistaken for the real WB hero 89 not another replica mass produced .
Again very nice attention to detail.
