I changed the screws holding the lexan to the canopy, installed aluminum flat-head chicago-screws, the are really flat but still will require some work to flush, will paint them tomorrow to see how they look

Batvader I was trying to get A hold of Tim about this, but I had talked to a couple builders but no one has done it yet to make A window channel out of metal or wood where you could just slide your new canopy windows in .I think it would work great and you could change your lexan from light to dark with not much issue

Hey Nitro thats a great idea, actually after having to change the hex screws to flat-heat chicago screws I was thinking that I may be better of going with something on those lines, mine has 16 screws per window, it was a long project to have them changed and then the heads painted...AND will have to remove/install again to take off the protective sheet out of the lexan...have you researched any aluminum profile/wood fitting to go with your idea?

Fitted the seats, drilled the whole for and mocked up the Quadrant base and started drilling the dahsboard to fit the gauges/electronics... I must say having this site and all that many builds going at the same time makes this waaay easier, im 'borrowing' a lot of ideas that for sure i had never had on my own, not just chicks-LTC but this guy too Oh yeah thats a sock into the steering column, with all that fiberglass dust into the air i dont want to mess up the wheel-gear

I'm going to try something along these lines.. sandwich the window in a slot instead of screwing it in place.
