I'm very impressed of these builds, a lot of 89's. Good job guys, I like how you are documenting the builds!

It's a really wild time here! there are quite a few active builds in progress. Tim, R2Lou, me, and a few other dudes who are ramping up. it's nuts!!!

Speaking of nuts, here's the big reveal from yesterday's work:

Batmobile

I have a TON more pics of some body work I did today on my most recent blog entry. Check it out here:

Not much visually interesting to report on lately, though there has been a lot of sanding, puttying, and fiberglassing going on. Check out my latest blog post for a few pics and some details:

I've been watching your build Matt, love your videos bud. i am getting close to building mine also. Maybe you can come on one of my shows sometime to talk about your build. Listeners have heard me for years talk about me wanting to build my own batmobile.

i own dcuo-unlimited.com and my shows are
DCUO UNLIMITED PODCAST and Gotham News Radio.

Let me know if you would come on.

Later's bud

Hey guys! It's been a few months since I posted, but the work has DEFINITELY continued. I've been focusing my documentation on my youtube channel, and my blog, so it's ALL there if anyone wants to check it out. Now that I'm back from some travelling and work, I've really dug in deep on the build, and there's been a lot of progress since the new year.

As of a few days ago, here's the current state of the build:

Batmobile

I put up a great blog post that has all kinds of pics of the body with the lovely primer coat on it, if you' like to check it out:

http://mattmunson.blogspot.com/2013/02/mattmobile-update-new-coat-of-primer.html

Just today, I cut out the side intake:
Batmobile

And I made a video the other day before I hit it with that primer coat. Here you can see that the shell is on top of the frame, and we're getting ready to mount it:

THanks so much for checking in, and please let me know if you see anything that looks like it can be improved upon.

New build video is up! I have recently moved to a new batcave. Lots of room to maneuver.
