Hi Guys,
Here is a shot of my dashboard in the turbine powered batmobile as of today. Naturally, it is a long way from finished, but is coming along nicely.
I will most likelybe test driving the car within the next 3 weeks.
Casey
Cant you route it down around and back to the after burner? I mean you have gone this far...go all the way! You can do it!!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share with you that the turbine powered Batmobile is up and running!!!! After programming and wiring all the avionics and doing all the final prep work such as bleeding the fuel line, I started the start up sequence. Fuel solenoid energized off. Electric fuel primer pump on. Starter and ignition engaged. 3500-4000 rpms, fuel solenoid energized on. Engine fires, rpms climb. 15,000 rpms, starter and ignition switched off. engine continues to climb to idle without a hic-up. maintains approximately 20,000 rpms at initial idle. All readings and systems nominal. I ran the engine twice and everything is perfect. Not bad for a 45 year old military Boeing engine rebuilt by yours truely. The engine was a very low time engine, but the years do bad things to seals, oil, and fuel. It is quite satifying to do a job well. I will be driving the car next week and the car will be finished in May. Booya! Casey

After listening to that engine... Wow, just wow. You might have to wear a headset with that kind of decible range. Ron

Hi guys, I finished all the adjustments on the turbine engine today so it no longer thinks it's in a drone helicopter to make it happy for use in a car and I am very happy to report that the car is working and driving perfectly! I was only driving around in the industrial complex today as the car is not finished with lights and such. I must tell you that to bring something to reality as far out as this and have it work perfectly is a GREAT feeling. The car will be done this month and I will make a killer video for it too. I gotta tell you that it is one crazy rush to drive this baby!!! Casey
