The keaton batmobile is shown in Kevin Smith's Batman: The Widening Gyre.

If you've frequented this site you can pretty much make out which photos were referenced. Most are from ebay auction photo with hot wheels as well as onstar poster one.

Amazingly the artist drew the car as is with canopy slightly open

Same with the shot below. I think it's from Hot Wheels and he drew it with canopy open.
