First I bought some Olympia 103's, fins/armor-
Then picked up these kids leather boots from a local goodwill for $4-
Using a sharp scissors I cut the tops of the boots off-
Then lined up the fins on the tops and using a silver sharpie I marked the spots that needed to be cut out for the fins-
Cut-
Fins in-
At a local fabric store I boughtsome flexible leather adhesive-
Putting glue on both surfaces I attached the gauntlets to the gloves, and armor to the gauntlets-
After a day for the glue to set, here is the finished product-
Not too bad for <$75.00

How much does each glove weight if you don't mind my asking? And have you knocked out an eye or two those around you inadvertently swinging those things?

DH has a pair of those boots but they are purple with sequins.
