Hey Richiefedele, Man I am super happy for you. That 89 body looks very good. I noticed when they shipped it there looked to be a lot of extra room in that box. Too bad you couldn't fill it with a bunch of "contraband" to help offset the cost of shipping...Just kidding but that's a lot of extra room. I'll bet you have a big smile from one ear to the other. Congratulations and merry Christmas....BWD

Nice.

Our first Australian Build Log

It's too bad there are trolls around here that can never be trusted. Otherwise we could've used a google map application to plot all of the members' batmobiles around the globe.

Thanks all,

I was dying for this thing to come it was 4 months of waiting and waiting and when it fineally came i was like damn its a beast. Doug did some fantastic work with the kit and also the cutting of the seam line. I emailed him to say thanks and it he pulls any other pieces i want them. Im deciding what i wanna do like spend heaps and do it proper or just basic like a show car to put inside my house. i got a guy look for a chassis and running gear for me i hope to have something for the new year to begin my build. hope use like. another aussie on this site where you from jordan ?

cheers

Hey bro congrats on the shipping! Wow I'm glad you took the first step into building one of these bad boys. I'm just waiting for my house deal to go thru and then I can get my hands on a kit myself. I'd like to know how straight that body is if you dont mind, maybe give us your input later on that will greatly increase my decision on which body to buy from. Congrats once again!

Hey custom,

the body was really straight i would go with doug hines from Gotham cruisers if i was you to get a kit. it so amazing when you look at it good job just needs a little bog work here and there and i would also add more fibre glass to the canopy to strengthen it. attached is a few more pics enjoy.

Cheers
