I finished my Batmobile a few days ago and spent the weekend driving around Columbus, Ohio. What a blast. I gaurantee there were a few people on the highway that I passed at about 2:00am that swore off drinking forever.

The cops loved it. One wanted to trade for his cruiser, one wanted his picture taken, and the other found me under the highway by the train tracks firing the machine guns for a photo shoot and only said " have fun, that's awesome!"

I even drove by an Insane Clown Possie concert where about 1500 crazy fans freaked out. So I blasted by and used the PA system to say "DIE CLOWNS DIE" ....super fun!

Casey

Great pics, thanks for the update. I can just imagine the only thing going through the cop's mind is, "Damn, my ride isn't this cool ...."

Stunning work dude.
I read your posts again and you mentioned you bought the body from Doug.
Could you share your thoughts on the kit? I am not trolling and I think Doug's kits look great from what I have seen so far. It would be nice to hear direct testimonials.

Love the car and the guns and bullet side holder really cool personal touch just a really super smart build that people can aspire to replicate . The vet  donor car was I think the first vet build done safe and done right. The advantage to using a vet just seems so clear the superior power plant LT 1the handeling of a true sports car the low cost of a vet theses days, the seats and the cockpit area lends itself well for the 89 body. I would love to see more details of this build .I hope someday you will share all your secrets on this amazing build. You are Truly an inspiration to us backyard tinkerers. Dh here is another must, hall of fame build.

Ditto on what Nitro said. It might be well to mention that we have our "members only" section that gives us a bit of a firewall from the general public. I put my build in that area to be able to share but not pubicize my build. I definitly second the motion for the entry into the CLTC Hall of Fame. For the speed of the build, the innovation and most importantly the safety of the car....Great job! Thanks for sharing.....BWD
