I had a blast rebuilding this project.  The goal was to make it look more like the original design and to make it move under its own power (pushing show cars is a pain).

As designed by Ed Newton.

Before the rebuild.

Now.    

Thanks to Tim for the Barrel logo design.

 

Got its first award at the Goodguy's Lone Star Nationals 2 hours after getting there.

A blast to drive....nuts, but a blast.

Hey Jack, I just wanted to say that is a beautiful restoration job. Not only with the steel and mechanics but all that wood work. Very nice.....Just stunning...BWD

Just wanted to say awesome job. I've always loved that vehicle and it's nice that it's back up to its former glory. Are you going to restore any other classics?
