| The easiest way that I find is to sign up for a Photobucket account http://www.photobucket.com You can easily upload pictures there by pressing on the upload button on the web page, browse to the picture on your computer and voila... it is up on the web. It will even give you the proper tags to copy and paste into a post onto this board.

| THIS ONLY WORKS FOR IE. FOR OTHER BROWSERS, USE EDIT ATTACHEMENT BUTTON AT BOTTOM OF POST BOX TO ATTACH PICTURES Click on the picture button 
It will open new window 
Hit the Browse button to find the image you're looking for and double click on the image 
Hit the Add Image button and your image should appear on the posting section
