Well this is a simple update. I put the axle back on and then temporarily put on the tires that will be used on my Fullscreen Machine.

Glad to see your getting your creation back up and running! It was so sad to see it sitting out by your garage when I visited all by its lonesome. Keep us updated with your progress!

ya, thats right shaggy, I decided to get the T-kart working again. but I have to fix, and repaint it. I'm hopping that the next time I fire this up to do a test drive. I want it to be able to drift around a corner .... on gravel not pavement

oh, how nice. The T-kart in the morning light.

These tires look so nice on it. I might leave them on.

Well I did find a torque converter that I wana get. its listed on ebay. Its a clone of a Comet 40 series. It is $179 with free shipping , but it looks like I'm going to have to wait till next month to get it.

I also need to get some better shocks for it also. I would like to get another one like this.

ok, well I got a shock in yesterday thats the same as the one I had. It was hard to find. I couldnt locate one here in the US but I did find one in Canada.

on the mounting eye it says " rear LT300 " That is the type of 4 wheeler quad that it came off of.

I grabbed some flat black spray paint and painted them all up.

Ok, well I have done a little work on the T-kart.

first I cut some 1x1x .095 square tubing 24" long to be more bracing for the frame.

Then removed the right rear shock mount that was misaligned, and now looks great.

And then did a video.

Ok everyone I got the belt in for the Torque Converter and it works great. but when I tried it out something happened that I feared ... the Jackshaft has a lot of length to it on the side of the driven so when it engages it pulls the Shaft closer and starts to bent it. see the video below.

So I had to figure out how not to allow that to happen. I had very limited space to work with So I came up with this ... I grabbed another pillow block bearing and some 1/4 flat stock and made another mount on the outside of the driven ... I know is really red neck but this is all I could come up with.

Im hopping to have the brake caliper mounted tomorrow.
