hay thanks HIP, I try to post as often as I can...today I decided to do the sweep panel (thats what I call it) I first made it out of card board and placed it on ....

and then batgirl swooped down to tell me that she was going inside to get some icecream.
then after looking at the cardboard and thought that it was good I grabed the sheet of 18g that I bought today and measured it out , grabed the cutters and started to cut...
tomarrow I'm going to work on it a bit more and then Mon. I'll go get it bent.

Great video T-man! I want to tell you that your home made panels are really coming together. Your panels look like a simple design that really works, and you look like you are really having fun building it. On my build using the 2/3rds scale templates, having a little problem putting them together. First of all, I have to build around a frame of a go kart that was already made. Second of all, the templates of the 2/3rds scale are bigger than the go kart. I am trying to keep it fun but there times I just stop. Cardboard and tape can make you crazy at times. What I am dealing with is the go kart is too tall and it has a short wheel base for the panels. So besides the build, I have to shrink the panels and try to get that tumbler look. It seems to be alot of work. I guess when I get done with it, it will be a custom build...and another thing I have a dead line to meet. The Fourth Of July! I am going to try to get as much done but like they say, the show must go on. So T-man if you have any ideas for my build, fill free to drop a line on my post. The same for Shaggy too. You guys are the greatest! Terry

Looking Great T-Man... Just curious on what your plans are for the sharp edges on the sheet metal? Cheers
