This is my third video...I had better get this thing built or its going to rust away...I always notice rust on my videos that I don't notice when I'm looking at it.

Hey T-man, you made another video!! Boy, I got some catching up to do. The tumbler is coming out great! You kind of sound like me when you start talking about the tumbler. Everytime I look at it. I am proud but it just looks like when you get in it nothing can stop you. What was it? A black tank... In a day I will have some pics on mine. Keep up the good work! Terry

thanks terry...I have noticed one thing...I think I should have used 18guage insted of 20....this 20 stuff is a little to flimsy for my tast, easy to work with but flimsy..I think I'll use 18 on the front and top..do you plan on sheet metal or polimer/plastic?

T-man, thanks for the info on the gauge of steel. My friend thats going to help me wants to use steel. I wanted to use something lighter, but I am worried too about flexible panels. I am on that stage to start making panels. The frame is painted and the duels are on. I will have some pics today.

All right guys , I went down to day and got the steel for the front face and started to mark it all out....

tomorrow I'm going to start cutting it out, the remainder of the steel sheet might be enough to do the top, I hope. I have a new brake caliper on the way, it is alot more heavy duty then the last one ...but something to think about for all of us go kart builders, I contacted a company and told them what happened and told them what I was building and to go look at my videos on youtube to see how big it was, well they emailed me back and told me that with something this size I should really think of going with a dual hydraulic break set up because the pounds of force in hydraulic is amplified where as with mechanical its dictated by how hard you can push....I might switch to that if this caliper doesn't work...
