Well I made some more progress on the cabin.. not as much as I would have liked, but still.. it's progress I made sure I screwed everything to my floating slab to make sure everything was square... that good old square has come in quite handy I think the next part I'll tackle is the front windscreen.. gotta get the angles right on there so I can frame it out.

I came across these for lights.. I think they look pretty darn close. I think I would need 5 sets of them (2 sets on front, 2 sets by upper windows, and 1 set for a light on each side of the rear) What do you think? What I found:

I'll be checking them out tonight at the store.. if I can track them down.. If they look good then I will buy them tonight and take some out of the box pictures that should give a better feel for what they look like. I've also been thinking about getting in and out of this thing. Not sure if I'm liking the hatch idea.. just stepping on that fiberglass to climb into it seems like you are going to have to be really nimble and I'm worried about it busting up the fiberglass under the weight of a large adult. So I've been thinking about a motorized Lambo door kit like this one: http://www.thehoffmangroup.com/autoloc/product.lasso?prodinc=lambodoors And started looking at the 3D model to see where I could create doors out of the sides of this machine and came up with the image below. Thoughts?

i feel if its cut along that path that panel that connects to the upper intakes might interfear with proper activation. Perhaps cut it like you have it, but instead of going so far back, cut right behind the 2nd roof pillar, and go straigth up, anything past that pillar was all engine space on the real tumbler anyway.

Doo Hee has a pretty good idea, reminds me of the Aussie's Tumbler build.
