In my personal opinion, i think thats perfect!  I wouldnt change a thing.

Hey i got a question, when you say you have a deadline to meet, does that mean body and all?

Yes Shaggy, body and all. I have a question on the body. I noticed the frame of the cabin will not work do to the the frame of the go kart. I was wondering if I should design something to hold the panels in place like T-man is doing.

thats a good question, i think you should take T-mans idea, and mix in Dave's suggestion to make the panels easily removable and re-applyable.  One thing that i have noticed on the 3d model that i've been making, is that the 2/3rds templates creates ample room between the actual frame of your buggy, and that of the cabin itself.   Heck it seems almost enough room to add two more seats!

What you might be able to do is take the factory bolt-in locations that held your overhead roll cage, and build an apparatus that will support the Tumbler cabin amongst those attachment area's.   That way your (again) not modifying the original frame, just using what was already there.

I might be sending you an e-mail here after a bit, keep an eye out.

I think the back is good. it DOES look a bit wide now but after panels ad more to the width of the vehicle it should be fine. Man that thing loos fun to drive. Do you know if that uses the GY6 honda type engine?

...does it come in black?

I agree with Conrad, the body will be about as wide as the rear tires are as we speak.

Hi guys, I promised BWD some pics by the pool. I still have some green tape on it when I was painting. Well the frame is painted and the tires are mounted.
