T-man, thanks for bringing my post up to date. I have to give you guys the credit, you guys blow me alway when it comes to building. My problem is I got almost everything in front of me, but don't know what direction to start from. I better get my ass in gear.

Last weekend, went down south to Pomona swap meet looking for a set of rims and tires to make the duels for the rear. No luck! I did get a sinus infection, back on the sick list. But today, the sun was shining I thought that won't slow me down. Started cleaning, taking apart and measuring. In the background you can see I have been collecting cardboard for the templates. She starting to look naked!

Thats the problem, I am testing it out instead of building. You know how it is when you get something new! The beast goes about 45mph. For weighting about 400lbs thats pretty good. The brand name is a Baja motorsports 150cc. PepBoys sell them. Took the seats out cleaning the frame. Red frame, thinking on painting it black.

Started to sand the kart down, to get it ready to paint it black. I just don't like the red color. After looking at the plans on the templates, I decided to print out the 2/3 scale. The plans on cabin are huge to print out. So me and my nephew separated the templates into four plans. Front, left side, right side and back. This made it easier to put it together. The first pic is the front,56 papers laded out but not taped together. Other pieces were small to print out like the second pic, the nose. Shaggy, got all of it printed out. Thank you

On tires, I did finally decided on the front and back. My budget was around $400.00 for all the tires. I couldn't believe it when the sales person told me that the front tire was legal for road. Heres a pic.

For the back, wanted the swamper look. Tires were out of my budget. Plus with four tires in the back, went with a lighter tire do to the motor and wanting the tires to spin. I wanted to thank you guys on the help on the tires. Heres a pic.
