Hey Jack,

The build was looking great, (and fast).

I tried to see if you posted comments in another thread or something but couldn't find anything.

What happened?

I realize that this is an old thread... but I've spent the last 4 days since I first read it wondering why Jack had to sell the car? It's a shame, if his '89 was any indicator, the '66 was gonna be a gem when he was finished. I'm particularly impressed with the way he did the doors. So 'simple' yet so effective.

That car was finished by the guy who bought it from jack. It is currently consigned to fastlane classic cars in st. Louis the the price is $129,995.00 it is listed on their website if anyone wants to see how it looks when it was finished.

Thanks Batrod... it's nice to have closure. Too bad I didn't know earlier, I recently moved back to Texas from a town just outside St.Louis. Used to drive in to STL everyday to work at a custom stereo/window tint chain store there. Passed the Bigfoot monster truck HQ and shop almost everyday also.
