Not a prob dude. But your going full scale right? I think those tires are only 16" tall. Almost half the size of the original. Just making sure.

Awe, well there ya go!!!! I was actually considering such a thing as well no joke!! But maybe 2/3rd scale or a touch smaller, but not any smaller than 1/2.

I think it would be uber fun!!

Best of luck to you!

Hey Shaggy,

I am new to the forum. I Have talk a little to T-man. I am going to build a tumbler cart but a 2 seater like the one Terry built but with real independant front steering like t-mans. I am a mechanic and good at fab and things just not so good with Templates like the panels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Get yourself a build log started here in the Tumbler area and show us some pictures of the materials being gathered (research to find what materials would work best for you, wood, steel, etc) And we will go from there. I'll be happy to help you out, but I just gotta see that there is some direction behind it.

Didnt mean to sound offensive if i did, just want to make sure you mean business. Its a really difficult car.

man this site is cool and the size of project you decided is really close to what I would like to build.I have been a mechanic for a long time most recently on motorcycles and scooters we closed down the scoot shop and i have leftovers .I was looking through the internet for ideas on a home based project and this site has my brain in high gear! I wonder if you could post a more detailed realistic layout of the steering to help me figure out how they did the original? your project looks great so far! thanks in advance!
