Hey RJ, great to hear from you.  Ecto 1....  Cool.  So you already have the donor car?  They have become very very hard to find and that's probably where you will spend the most.  Man I look forward to seeing the progress.

Oh and nope I have had zero time for your Bat.  Sadly...  In fact I was worried about it getting damaged by my 2 year old son a month ago so I built "casket" for it.  Well I built a heavy duty plywood and 2x4 box and I enclosed the Bat in tons of bubble wrap and other protective material.  I've decide to hold off on it until I retire from the AF and we make our final move.

Oh and how's the married live going?

Anyway hope all is well.

Ok I admit it I'm metally challenged and don't know what an Ecto1 is.....hahahaha.....Thanks in advanced  Mark T

Its the Ghostbusters car... which I have heard the two originals Ecto-1 and Ecto-1a have just been restored and will be on display at Sony Studios.  The ghost head boards have been alive with that info.

I've been meaning to ask you, on that 1/4th batmobile you built, what was that red clay looking material that you used.  My first thought was bondo, but it looks to puddle way to easily to be bondo.    My wife suggested pottery clay.

Any info would be most helpful!
