Listen, if you continue to make assault posts like that, you probably won't be around here for very long. If you want to criticize Don for his work, use RECENT pictures, not an e-bay picture from a kit that he built years and years ago. I am sick and tired of people dwelling so far in the damn past. Get over it.
Despite what Don thinks (even when he is acting like a friggin child on this board), we are not into randomly bashing people with no merit. If you have a specific concern, voice it. If that kit was YOUR'S, then say your piece about how it was YEARS ago, and then address the work currently being done.
Is Don building the best '89 out there? HAHAHAHA. No. But he is not a crappy builder by any means. Does anyone care about a crappy kit that was made years and years ago that had absolutely no relevance or bearing on this current topic? No.

| Its too bad this thread got so side tracked, I for one would have liked to see the build up. As a newb my take is that this site does not have enough movement nor are there enough people building these cars for it to be wise to discourage others from partaking and or sharing their builds ideas and views. My .02.

| Maxatron, I'm sure Don will send photos and info on his build as it progresses, it is a tough build. I am looking forward to seeing it myself. And as far as getting off topic, it happens. So are you going to build a Batmobile and if so any idea when you are going to take the plunge? See what I mean, totally off topic. Ha! ha!!!!

Max, we would rather have FEWER builders here, if they are playing nice and not letting their five minutes of fame go to their head. We have the highest concentration of confirmed builds on the web, with more pictures, posts and information than any other Batmobile site in the world, period. We do not need to bend the rules for the few elitists in this industry, who have their noses so high in the air that they haven't seen their own shoelaces in years.
As for this particular thread, let's take a look at the history:

After that, he started e-mailing and harrassing members off-board, and then it just snowballed. So tell, me, WHY do we have to listen to childish nonsense like that all day long? Sorry, Max, but before you offer us suggestions on how to moderate this forum, I would suggest looking over ALL the material presented, not just what you have seen in a few short weeks.
