You need 24 Blades Dee
(Better if you buy some more as spares, when you get them)
Sillly me, I didn't
I learn from my (& everyone elses) mistakes.

Each blade now needs to be on a spindle 200mm in diameter. They will also need to be set down every 15 degrees, to match the 89. Gonna set them across the edge at an angle to replicate a jet turbine

Story about the doner vehicle: Found the car via a friend. Tatty state when I viewed her (flat tyres, dead battery, cracked bodywork & sitting in a pool of rainwater in a barn). Thats why I got her for less than a couple of 89 rear tyres Only car I have ever bought without being able to drive it first. Also no MOT or road Tax on her, so I couldn't have taken it on a public road, anyway. Bought the car & transported it to a local Garage on a trailer (one I have used for the last 18 years). Started her up first to hear her running (Phew, she did get started and sounds amazing for such a small engine). Told the garage to MOT it (so I can drive it on the road, nice & legal). It needs some minor work, mostly the brakes & lights; then it's off to the highway to have some fun. Problem, seller hasn't informed the DVLA (vehicle licencing) to say he sold the car. I need the cars chassis number to get an MOT & Tax. The car is a kit car, so wern't always stamped or have a VIN plate. Car had no chassis number that I could find, but it is on "the documents" (V5). Cant get the documents for another 6 weeks at most from DVLA (2 weeks at best: fat chance). They have the number, but could't tell me because I'm not the 'legal owner' yet So meanwhile, I sit and wait for the fun to begin. Actually I'm still looking at issues with getting a modified 89 on the road & trying to learn about fibreglassing and fabrication. Can't wait to drive this little Madam on the road, before she gets the 'overhaul' to make her "Just right" for me keep ya'll posted......
