The whole score is super sweet. My favorite instrumental score. I like Danny Elfman though. One of the things I want to do when I'm done with my current band is to do an all guitar orchestrated version of the theme.

Matt that would be super sweet. I, too, am a fan of the work of Mr. Elfman. I purchased the soundtrack (the musical, not the Prince soundtrack mind you. Though I do have that one as well.) many years ago. And it really is a timeless collection of music because it is still not old. Occasionally I like to pop it in my CD player of my black Corolla and/or Camaro and crank it up when I'm riding around at night. Incidentally, I got pulled over for doing 83/55 while listening to this very track. The cop and I struck up a conversation about Batman b/c his son is apparently a big fan as well. He ended up letting me off with a warning. In fact, a couple of years ago, Batman was the theme of my Camaro for Halloween. I didn't do much for its "costume" though. I just masked off the parking lamps into the shape of the bat symbol and my friend and I had cut out metal emblems and painted them red and screwed them to my Cragar wheels. Damn I wish I had taken some pictures now. Even cooler is his little brother owns a foam Begins outfit that I can fit in. Sweet. So we rode around town in my Batmaro listening to Danny Elfman. Ahh, the good ol' days.
