Kevin are you saying that you are not going to get it to fit perfectly before you mold it? Also no flang around the front half to help it keep it's shape? Say it's not so.

Like I said; once I will complete with the front end I will align everything up and do a one piece mold. It makes it easier to align the body on the frame if the car is in one piece. A flange is easy enough to install once the body is installed on the frame and everything is aligned. A one-piece body is easier to ship by carrier.

A one piece body? I thought that you had decided to make that one of the improvements? You sould do it like the original 2 pieces. To make it easy to ship you would just drill some holes and bolt the front to the rear. The it would be like a one piece body. You know like they did with the Moore car. Done right some would thing it was a one piece. Oh well.

Wait a minute. Where did you "already say" you were going to do a one piece body? This is what you said. All the body work is done on the front end. I still need to wet sand and prime and sent it to the shop to start on the molds. That sounds like you are getting ready to mold the front clip.

Each piece will joined together after they come out of the molds as Bob once did. Or you can butt the molds together and do a one piece body.

I'm confused? So another one piece body kit like Marks and Batgods and Master Waynes? Only better, right? Rusty does have a great idea. Thanks Rusty.
