And all the time I was worrying about my fibreglass ability, when all the time that baby is just painted polystyrene foam.
No more worrying about those speed bumps in the road either, I'll just jump out and lift that baby over the speed bumps.

What type of foam is that exactly ? Where could that be purchased ?

It looks like Clark foam to me. Same stuff we used years ago for building intyerior modules in Ford concept cars. You can resin/ skin it and then sand it to a super glass finish. Surfboards are made this way.
I imagine molds were then pulled off the glassed foam.
