OK, so the A-Team van is a hoot to drive, I switched my daily driver from KITT (supreme unleaded and 10 mpg) to the A-Team van (REGULAR gas at around 13 MPG!) Life got busy again so I still need to finish up the interior and a few details.  Here's a link to a short version of the build if you are interested!

So here's the van infront of the batman steps at Warner Bros! That's sort of batmobile related!

So KITT is sold (YEAH! LOTS OF CASH and no more 82 Pontiac problems) plus I have like seven KITTS now in the group, so one down. THe A-Team is done all but for a few details, and the 66 batmobile will be appearing with Burt Ward (The original Robin, the boy wonder) at Baldwin Park WalMart on the 28-28 of Jan.   I chatted with "Faceman" aka Starbuck, AKA Dirk Benidict, and working on getting the three members of the A-team and my van together in the future.

As for the 89, I now have cash, but no room still.  Working on a place to get it closer to me so i can start making progress again.  However, the A-team is an OK daily driver, but bad gas milage. Soooooooooooo    I am looking into getting a sporty something that I can drive to work everyday with modern airbags and better milage.  It's still a v8, but 17-28 MPG will be way better than the A-Team van.

StarCarCentral.com is buzzing along year round, Monster jams in Jan and Feb (Dodger stadium, Angels stadium) and hopefully you guys caught us on the Hollywood Christmas Parade.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdS9Xz0ZOkg

here's the rehearsal earlier in the morning

here's the whole thing, after the performance, the other TEN STAR CARS can be seen that they cut out of the parade brodcast!

Soooooooo. Yeah, about that batmobile....
I needed a daily driver, and the A-team was too hot, no roof on the 66 batmobile. So yet again another movie/tv car stepped in line ahead of the Keaton car.

The good news it isn't really slowing down the bat build, but it did go pretty quickly and now I have a star car with A/C and better milage, as well as a bit of head turner! Favorite comment "Oh, you are so patriotic!" Huh?

Hey, it's been a long time since I had anything to add to the boards!
The land speeder is super cool, great details. A pal has one in Florida, but I was excited to find one
here in LA.
