Hey f***ing nutter! That is a f***ing nuttering awesome idea. I may be just speaking out of my ass, but I'd suggest finding a contractor who actually believes in your idea and your project, or else it's likely that he won't put a whole lot of heart into it without demanding some serious compensation. You know what you want so go for it dude!
