If your image resides on another webpage then, put the URL of the image you want to post by clicking on this icon 
Else
if your image is in your computer, then click on Upload link when you go to post reply and new window will open.
Then upload image.
Once image is uploaded, it will display in the list of uploaded images.
Click on that link and copy the URL of the image you just uploaded.
Close the new window.
Click on this and paste the URL when it asks for it.
If that doesn't work, just send all imags to my email address and I'll post'em for you.
