the right side air intake grill is much bigger than the left.

A little song, a little dance..... Batman's head on a lance.

I thought that was it but there is a slight fold between the two pages.
So it's just scanned improperly.

The shapes of the "hoods" around the headlights are rounded on the real car, not so "angular". The same goes with the shape of the air intakes in the grille. The little "radar" thing behind the hood scoop also seems to be missing. All of this could just be artistic license however. Maybe it is just that the comic Batman never really rolled in the tv version of the Batmobile? :-)

Yeah,
The right(car's right) rear fin is just off angle.

Everything else is off but that was the first thing I noticed.

Good Job, KeatonCar. You win the satisfaction of being the first to get the answer

How about the steering wheel? The '66 Batmobile doesn't have a round steering wheel. It was cut to look like an airplane yoke.

What about the "S" on Superman's chest. Was the cartoonist having a bad day?

Cheers from here!
