These look like cameras.
Looks like another one on the right side and a blank on the left. (look at the reflections)

| Actually, the one on the front seems pretty clear that there is not a lens, so I'm not sure what they are.

the one on the left in the last picture is a speaker it seems, if you look close enough you can just make out the silver underneath. They are indeed the camera mounts for the internal cameras used on the speed cars that were driven on the chicago streets.

the thing on the last picture on the right looks like a mic or sound antenna, maybe to pick up instructions to the driver inside. Afterall an ariel on the tumbler would look odd.
