We went over to WB sometime around spring of 2002 to document this car. At first none of us knew what version this was, or if it was even screen used. But, once we pulled that cowl off...it was plain as day. I've seen other pics of this car online (before it was sprayed grey) and here's how you can tell it's the hero car. If you look right into the front bearing shroud, you can see a radiator hose off to the 10:00 position back in there. Only one car has that and it's the first one built for the 1989 film. The side details are on the money. Underneath you can see all sorts of black oversprays including the original pearly green/blue black from 89. I took a ton of pics of this one once I figured out what it was. I'll forward detail pics tonight. For all you replica builders out there...which areas have been hidden/ or hard to get photos of?

Dave,
Could I get those pics too?
I'm more interested in the cockpit photos.
My email is banefool@hotmail.com <-- Yeah I had baneful for longest time but somewhat snatched it when i didn't use it for like 6 months.
I'll post the pics so everyone can see as soon as you send them.
Thanks a lot.
Things have really changed once you got on board.
