I think it's a rocket launcher! No not really, its just that I really want my replica to have rockets. Tim knows what I mean.

Here it is again. That's 2 for me and 1 for Tim so far. Next?

You either? Can you belive none of us have ever noticed that? I have to credit Jack with first spotting that one though. I just dismissed it as a reflection at the time until I saw it more clearly in "Looney Tunes".

Looks like we got a really good topic going. Keep it going. Please post any Batmobile unseen or secret photos. Maybe we can answer all those questions like: What are the side mechanics, what are the exhaust tips, what are the lower taillights from, etc. Lets see if any more pictures of the “What is it” item can be found and by all means lets hear what you “Think it is”. Jack

It's the canopy opener.

Come on, you all have cars.
You all have remote alarm.
Just b/c u have remote doesn't mean u can't manually open the car in case of emergency.

Anyone else notice the gold Bat symbol behind the seat headrest in looney tunes back in action, also that Batman and the Batmobile appear courtesy of DC Comics in the credits. So the issue of who owns the copyright on the car is finally settled.

The actor in the Batsuit is not even credited, nor does it say who built the car. I would say that it is a car built from RodsandRacers.

As to the the fuel tank seal issue, it is for the afterburner fuel mix. The red triangle circus clown was an onset live effect, all this will be featured on the Batman Special Edition DVD due next year.

The tank has to be fully sealed due to it's mixture. The stunt car that had a lit afterburner had to have this sealed tank, it was just not seen in he first film.
