Today, my best friend bought me a hotwheels from Ebay for helping him set up his business over the early summer. It was a great joke that he would repay me somehow for helping him on his way to millions of dollars.
So when he told me he had bought me a batmobile, it was... well...nice. I already own all of the versions from hotwheels, but you don't throw that in a friends face do you... But when he gave me the item number... I was floored.
What he had bid on and won as the first viewer of the item was a signed 1:18 scale hotwheels 1989 Keaton Car.... SIGNED BY MICHAEL KEATON HIMSELF. Is it real???? I don't know, it comes with that old favorite... the Official Certificate of Authenticity, and pretty soon it'll be on it's way. It cost over a hundred bucks and was sold from beverly hills, so it is possible it's entirely legit.
When a friend does something like that for you, the only thing you can do is grab the guy and hug the shit out of him.
What are friends for?????? for doing stupid shit like this. Thanks Steve, now I owe you again bud. Maybe I can get Chris Reeve to have dinner with him and talk Superman????
