Looking for the headrest netting. Anyone have any input on this?

If you mean the "Recaro 'Fishnet' headrests", I bought mine a good few years ago now. Sometimes see them come up at auction on internet sites, although rarely these days. Too many classic car owners here in the UK want them for older Ford Capri's and the like. Just keep searching and good luck.
Other alternative is to use some fishing net (easy to find) and make up your own over an existing headrest with the rectangular shape. Should be a lot easier?

Quick check tonight and they seem to be going for silly money with the seats.

Might need to sell mines, since I do not have a car

Nylon fishing net should be easy to get hold of, depending on where you live? Fishing/garden supplies is the obvious go to. I used to have a ton of the stuff, I bought a while back for covering my vegetable garden when I had one.
I would suggest a quick online search under "garden netting" and see what comes up.
