That looks great. Hopefully I will get one too. In any case, we're going to have to reproduce these to use in the other locations.

Oh if you could just post the templates to us that would be perfect. looking forward to seeing what you do with the chassis.

will post up the labels as soon as I print to test size... here are the samples, settled on Arial Black with a 60% width condensing.

Looks fine. can the thickness of the line on the orange boarder be any thicker?

most def... but some shots of the wheel without flash show a bit less "thickness" to the lines and letters due to the flare up in contrast from the flash of whatever camera is taking them. Even the color intensity lightens up from the flash too. When you click on this one below to get to full res, you'll notice the line and text size much more "correct" thanks to no flash being present... I will test the print outs with and without flash just the make sure the finals are good-to-go.

Vertigo has done his already. I'm waiting to see what I decide to do about the reinforcement or sandwich it around a real wheel. Besides, I'm not giving it too much attention as the need for it is still fairly far off. But still, something to be working on during a cold winter day.
