hey towman,
That is no excuses real motivation.
I admire your drive and dedication.
Amazing what a guy can overcome and do when they have a supportive wife behind them.
I could only have been impressed more if you lived on a second or third floor. vertigo

Lol yeah the tire smell was bad it has since worn off or everyone is nose blind from them if I was a single man I would build the chassis right here in the living room floor I would put plywood down and plug my welder in where the stove is use the kitchen countertops for a work bench well I kinda already do use the countertops a a work bench but yeah if I was single my only troubles would be how am I going to get this thing out the door lol I’m definitely not going to be getting my deposit back that’s for sure when i started this build I had a garage and I lived in Florida I moved last October to Kentucky threw all that I kept hunting parts and collecting parts doing the best I could to stay focused on my build I plan on moving this year in October to a house It has a nice size garage then I’ll be full steam ahead with my build

Great work with your build

When I was doing my 89 in a rented house, I had the wheels and tyres inside for a bit. Go to move them and there was a big black ring embedded in the lino floor where the tyres sat.

No matter what, the marks would not come out. So here's a tip

I’ve been working on the engine details i still have a few things to change out like the stock distributor with a MSD system the 770 Holley to fuel injection I went with a aluminum water pump for the performance and it is 5lbs lighter the the cast iron one I may paint it black to blend in later I’m not sure yet the same with the mini starter it’s about a 10lbs savings and performs way better then the stock one
