I was just thinking about all these kinds of details that go into a build. We could probably be adding things forever.

I’ve been making some slow but sure progress I had to make that aluminum bracket three times that holds this lifeline control box something so simple so difficult Even though I know the correct way that they mounted their gas tank how they did It really couldn’t see mounting my gas tank with ratchet straps like they did my years of racing experience I know that that’s not safe or a correct way to mount the fuel tank and would never pass any inspection for any racetrack so I got my fuel tank mounted with two straps I really struggled with this because I’m Trying to make it look as accurate as I can but I just couldn’t do it I also started making my brake lines I ran out of tubing and I’m waiting for more to come in also got the aluminum floor started I hope to get them mocked up and drilled soon I have to buy a new drill the Tubing notching tool burned it up got The battery cables need the shifter cable installed and the throttle cable installed

Man this build just keeps getting more and more spectacular. On the straps, I can't believe they used ratchet straps. But then again it was only intended to be a movie prop. Better safe than accurate. Will you be attaching the aluminum floor to steel? I'm sure you know that would be a corrosion concern.
