Right after Christmas then back by mid April. Weather up north here starts to get pretty sketchy by the end of October though.

hey sly,
Received an email from an individual stating, "I am planning on starting a DOJ batmobile."
He further asked, "Is the Jazz 1/6th DOJ batmobile model worth spending the money on for use as a reference model to aid me in the construction of my build?
So sly, can you help this fellow out with your opinion.
I'm sure others that visit this forum would like to know about the usefulness of the 'Jazz' 1/6th as well.

I think it is. It's them most accurate and detailed model out there imo. Of course the price tag is well over $1,000.00. And they just announced a price increase. The best money I spent was on the Do3d 3d files of the car. But they don't include a lot of parts that are needed.
Looks like they are saying it's sold out though and a I doubt they plan to make more.

Does the Jazz 1/6th model provide any details on the suspension, frame, etc.
How detailed is the interior.

Theman found one of the correct seats for our build in Indiana so I popped over there and picked it up. Young Robin just couldn't resist trying it out.

Here is one of my old posts about the seats and their fitting.
8-3-2019
THEMAN,
"Most def! No room for console w/ shifter between those...
Precisely why I'm going the same route on getting the seats here and installed before the roll bar fabrication, good call vert."
"Did you get the standard or large fit versions?"
I bought the large fit version.
Sales staff where I ordered my seats stated that there is not really much, if any, outside difference between standard and large size. And that the difference between standard and large is on the inside fit of the seat and not the outside dimensions.
SPARCO website has a precise measurements chart for all their seats.

where is that second pic from Vert? Last pic shows a lot of great detail. It's amazing how much detail they put into a car that gets very little screen time.

The photo-image you asked about was taken at this expo.
A lot of people don't know about the Warner Brothers/ DC Comics Licensing Expo
It is a trade event for professionals.
Thousands of entertainment and manufacturing professionals from the world over are in Las Vegas this week for the yearly Licensing Expo, where they became some of the first people to get a good look at costumes and props from next year’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, including the newest Batmobile.
You name it: Toy makers, model makers, and many other merchandizing manufacturers, discussed business at this expo.
