Yeah, temps have been tough to work in. As far as the resin, I reduce the amount of hardener and it works out fine. You kind of have to get a feel for it.

Progress update:
It's been terribly hot and humid making it quite difficult to get anything done. After a few minutes of work my clothes are drenched.
But I was able to finish the mold for the Passenger side front box. Today I trimmed the flanges and drilled holes for the bolts.
Made a big mistake with these molds. (other side is almost done as well) I was running low on mold release wax so I decided to try just using mold release film. You brush on a couple of layers and it's suppose to separate the parts with a layer of film. It didn't work well at all! The mold was impossible to get off without destroying the plug. No big deal for this, but will be sure to use wax from now on.
Here is the mold all separated out. Still needs to be cleaned up.

Love seeing this build....and I absolutely can related to many of the obstacles you've had to overcome, and at the same time am very much enjoying how your troubleshoot and problem solve as you move this along.
Cheers bud.

Thanks David. Yeah, big learning curve on all of this stuff. And I'm a slow learner anyway. Meant to finish the other box today but a family problem got in the way. Should have more progress soon. Appreciate The replies and interest. Keeps me motivated.
