Hey sly
I'm sure others could benefit from your line technique.
How about posting a copy in the below section.

Progress update:
Repaired the most damaged sections. The lines in this area were a mess! Still needs a little line work but pretty close to being done. Where ever you see white is where a repair was needed.
Went ahead and loosely attached the underside sections on to the rear section. Keep in mind I haven't finished them yet, but they have no lines so should go pretty fast.
Pictured here is roughly half the body. I don't know if you can see it clearly but it comes around quite a bit. Starting to think about laying the fiberglass and I need some advice. I know it would be best to lay it all as one piece but it would be quite tricky to work around those angles. I wonder if it would be acceptable to do the top as one piece and the bottom as one piece the fuse them together after they come off the mold?
Thoughts please.

Yeah, I was using a picture hosting service that shut down. I still have pictures but it's a bother to re-up them. CNC machine was made from scratch but I bought all the electronics from cncrouterparts.com

Finished prepping the top front half of the mold. Bolted it together with the back half and I get a clearer picture of just how massive this is! I didn't get any feedback on laying the fiberglass in the mold from my previous question but I now believe it will have to be done all together. I'm thinking a layer of 3/4 oz fiberglass to catch the details, a layer of 1.5 oz mat next. Then a layer of fiberglass cloth for strength and Coremat for thickening. Finally one or two layers of 1.5 oz mat. Trying to achieve about .25 in thickness. Gonna be heavy!!
Not sure if you can tell from the pix, but this is a lot of area to cover. And we're running out of nice weather. Hoped to have a body to THEMAN by now, but it's probably going to have to wait until next spring.

Where are you located? Upper midwest. We often have snow around Halloween. Temps are predicted to be nice this week but take a dive next week.

Thanks Vert. Starting work on the lower sections today. That should go faster as there are no lines involved.
