There is already a thread on this but this is Huge News so I started a new one. I travelled to California, forced Mark Towle to trial and I was blocked from getting my car because of the injunction but the Judge stated it was only because of Jurisdictional reasons as he was in a lower Court. Appeals might very well bring the car home for me. As it stands Mark Towle has been ordered to pay me 35K and interest accrued on top of that and also likely expenses once I get them filed. I was awarded money damages but I can still go into appeals to a higher Court even the 9th Circuit Court possibly and get the car ordered to me. Anyway, It's a David vs Goliath story. 4.5 years of high priced attorneys fighting me across 3000 miles of jurisdiction and TOWLE LOST! He spent a fortune and I went pro per and I prevailed. Not a day of Law School under my Belt and I defeated them. Now any and all of you can rest assured I earned my car and did more than I could have ever been expected to do for Towle. I do not recommend anyone ever doing business with Mark Towle nor Kory Geick.

I still do not have the car. I was given a monetary amount. The car was blocked from me by an Injunction placed on Mark Towle by DC Comics. I would have to appeal to a higher Court to get the car.

The Web site built for Mark Towle back in 2011 is now live at the below address.
I do not recommend anyone ever do business with mark Towle nor Kory Geick.
This site is uploaded on my Portfolio site as I am allowed to do by contract stipulations with Mark Towle.
You can reach the Web Work by going to this page. This page also updates you as to the latest deceptions being carried out by Mark Towle and Kory Geick.
You must use a computer to view the site built in 2011 in Explorer or Firefox.
Mark Towle has claimed in Court that the site is not functional nor is a Web Site. Go see for yourself how honest Mark Towle and Kory Geick have been with everyone for the past 6 years!.

Mark Towle continued to fight the case against him by enlisting his 2 attorneys to deny Scott Lee had met the order of the Court. The latest on the case is here. Scott Lee was forced to Battle Mark Towle an additional 10 months to get the order against Mark Towle enforced. Read the Latest here.

I'll just post this here. Scott Lee proved fully to the Superior Court of the County of Riverside that he did all he was supposed to and more to earn his replica. Mark Towle currently owes Scott Lee an amount approaching or at $44,000 which he has made no attempt at the time of this posting to pay. This proves fully that scottleeslayer as well as Kory Geick told nonsense to people that Scott Lee was at fault and did not do what he had contracted for. Kory Geick is lying scum and should never be trusted. Scott Lee was under Contract to design and provide 13 pages but was coerced and threatened out of 56 HTML pages over the course of 17 months in which he was not given the content to complete the site and then sued by Mark Towle from California fraudulently.
This order should make it clear to all whom the honest person is and always was in the dispute between Mark Towle and Scott Lee, also who the lying pricks and thieves were the whole time.
