Mark Towle files for an Appeal to the United States Supreme Court after losing at every level in his Law Suit With DC Comics

Mark Towle failed to make the 3 month deadline to file his papers however he was granted an extension till January 22, 2016. It appears he has either fired Larry Zerner or Zerner has refused to continue as a different attorney has filed the request. It aint over I guess unless Towle is just stalling... Yep It's Over, You all can Thank Mark Towle for being so hard headed he pushed this issue into a ruling that makes it now illegal to commercially build and sell unlicensed Batmobile Replicas. Mark Towle has found his Legacy.

There are ways around it. Someone can sell a kit/body and make one little diffence and call it something else and say it's not a batmobile but something else. I see it done all the time with other things it's how people get around copy wright. Start making the body without the fins/wing or make them separately and a do it your self thing. The one thing that makes it, connects it as a "batmobile" are the wings. That's what I see some makers doing. To be honest I don't see why one of the makers doesn't just contact the big wigs at DC COMICS and partner with them on making body kits. If dc gets a piece I don't see them having a problem with it.
