I've looked into "banding" rims and I will definitely be going that route. MUCH cheaper than buying custom. Not sure if I'll just do it myself or hire someone. Likely myself to save money. And at this point the batmobile fund is slow fill in thanks to 2020.

Thanks on the comments for my exhaust. I tried so many times to explain it and draw it on paper but failed to truly illustrate what i saw in my mind. Thankfully, it turned out.

It seems i dont manage to get something on here very often and i wish 2020 would let me pick up the pace. Im starting to see a driveable roller. The checklist is getting smaller slowly but surely.

This update, i built brackets from scratch and installed the high output alternator and vintage air AC compressor, and got the belts properly tensioned. Built rubber lined trays and installed the (2) 12 gallon fuel cells(not strapped down in the photos) that will be routed in parallel with a tank selector switch. Yes, the car will have power steering, but i found a volvo electric power steering unit that is mounted elsewhere to free space on the engine.
Next in line is the cooling. The two radiators will be in series and pumped via an electric pump to provide better and constant cooling flow. I decided on this to run the engine as cool as possible since the engine bay will not have much air flow except from the upper vents to the rear of the floor.

As for sound issues, there will be a firewall behind the seats with plent of sound proofing lol.
