I, personally, feel that 1/8th will do. Love the bat logos on the harmonic balancer. 😅

I am currently in the process of building the rear rims. I got ahold of some 16.5x12" rim shells on the cheap. The inner diameter is 13" so all I need is to order the appropriate sized dually hubs and I'm good to go. Concentricy won't be too hard as I'll put the assemblies on a lath and slowly rotate and adjust as necessary as I tack weld into place.

Currently I also have plans on making the canopy roof and windshield foldable as it does in the movie. I have a few ideas on the equipment need and designs to incorporate but I would like to hear from those who have the knowledge on how the did it in the movie. And I already know that the ones that opened in the movie were not the ones that were driven.

ALL RIGHT! I am back to work on my tumbler! had to take a break for life and such. Anyways, I just got me the entire front axle off a 2WD jeep Cherokee and right now I'm cutting and cleaning it up. Before too long I'll cut the ends off and I'll have complete front steering and braking assemblies... still need to build the arms but I'm all over that too. Also still trying to finish the rear rims but I got a few leads to follow up on.

I am, however, having issues locating the proper rims and/or someone who can make the rims i need for the rear. I want 16.5x12's but i can work with 17x12's. Seems they are going to have to be custom as i have yet to locate any of those sizes as duallies. Any tips or links would help a lot.

I've only just started building mine so can't help with the wheels but if I see anything I'll let you know I was going full size but am gonna reduce it by 10%. I'm in Australia so I'd never get it road registered but I need to make it a bit smaller so I can tow it on a trailer to shows
