Unholy I must sasy that does sound like an adventure making that work. And I have to admit the sound of the canopy opening would be a nice touch. Think Ill stick with the electric actuator though and as it opens Ill just make a woooshing sound with my mouth.

You're probably right but I think the guns coming out should be one of those OH SHIT moments..

it might be more of a pain in the ass than harder, need a solenoid valve to switch the air from the from to the back of the piston and a bump stop and if it gets caught up the pressure would probably cut someones head off . but other than that no probs.....
still about 2 years away for me though
ohh oh oh idea Mag Lev Rail system how hard can that be

and after watching the Gotham Cruiser vid for the canopy it's tooooo slow(14 seconds slow) it's dramatic but the noise kills it for me..
but when the compressor kicks in to open the damn thing I might have a change of heart.....

Yeah the compressor kicks in.....you hear the woosh...dont have the regulator set right and it lands 4 feet in front of the car. I actually lol'ed picturing that in my mind. Talk about an OH SH*T moment.
