That's awesome Jack!  I guess it's just a static prop, right?  Does it open up at all?

Hey, yes originally the center plexiglass canopy was held on with 4 cam-locks.  That has been replaced with a strip of thin metal.  The front canopy is still removable but that canopy was meant to be attached and non-removable.  I'll probably put it back the way it was originally.  Its a static prop that rolls but no engine or steering.  Funny thing is that it has a seat.  Still trying to learn more about it.

Update the wheels are ready for paint.

weird, I remember when that was shooting at Universal studios, I used to jog through the downtown area every day.  Little did i know that i would meet Jack on the board, and he would buy it, after I saw it baking in the sun....  Now my pal Rusty has it and jack has room to get the cool batmobile he always REALLY wanted....

One for the nice days one for when it's raining or too hot then one for the off road times then for when there is traffic, so you can go between lanes like a motorcycle, one for disco dancing night, for when you want to be alone, no riders... one for kicking Osama's butt, for when we feel "animated" and then of course one for the kids to play on in the back yard...

Hey Justin, we need the brave and the bold batmobile now....
