how can this website not have the name of the designer of the car anywhere. His name is terry Ackland Snow (art director of batman) and did the design and build.
Shame on you.

| WHAT!!!!!!!!!! sorry buddy, but Anton Furst designed the car. Also, it was constructed by John Evans and his team in only twelve weeks from it's first design sketch. Source : Batman : The Official book of the movie.

According to the official movie magazine...
"In eight weeks, (Anton) Furst, Art Director Terry Ackland-Snow and Special Effects Supervisor John Evans had to produce two fully functional prototype cars"
