Do you mind sharing the wheel mount to wheel mount width of your axle? Been thinking about using a Cab & Chassis 14 Bolt since they are narrower than a standard truck axle but you look pretty skinny so I still may need to cut it down.

I still have the car I decided not to let it go at the price I was asking was too cheep after I took it off the market my messages and phone was still blowing up I had a very nice offer from a person overseas but I’m not sure how to do the whole shipping thing it’s such a big car I don’t know how it would fit into a shipping container I also had a local person here in the US who also agreed to pay the same price for the car I would much rather see the car stay here I would have still liked to be somewhat of a advisor to the build and I felt like if it was here in the US I could participate that way but as weeks have went by still no one has put the money up for the car so I would say I still have it and have not and my not end up selling it after all I have started to move forward with the build I got some parts form the machinist yesterday test fit them and they fit perfect I’m one part of way from having a fully steerable car all that is left is the tierod end once I figure that out all that’s left is the driveshafts End it will be a drivable car so I guess for now I’m going to push forward

I would have still liked to be somewhat of a advisor to the build Well, that's a pretty good indicator that you are still attached to the car. Glad to hear your continuing. Looking forward to watching your progress.

Great news Towman, glad you are still continuing with the build. I am pretty sure we have all thought of chucking it in at some point, I know I have. I was told if I killed my dream then I would always regret it, so like you am not giving up.
Good luck with the rest of your build.

I'm happy to see that you are hanging on. I like those machined parts. Looking good!

No nothing new going on I’m in despite need of a machinist I have parts drawn up engineered and even 3D printed but no luck finding anyone to make them I’m also looking for someone with the capability to make some steel wheels 4” wider for the front wheels can’t move forward without those things
